continuous shuffle machine,burswood casino

i have been learning to become a blackjack player for the past 6 months.i have learnt the basic stategy and counting cards from a book i brought 10 yrs ago which is called blackjack for profit by Jady Davis,but now my problem is that at burswood caino in perth where i live have got the continuous shuffle machine installed at the casino,does anyone know is there any way that i could make a profit from a table that uses this machine cause there is no card holder and i can'nt use the true count.
I would be very grateful if there is a blackjack player out there who could help me with this problem. I am really serious about becoming a professional blackjack.

Find a six deck shoe or even better find a DD game. You may have to travel, but attempting to beat a CSM is like running your head into a wall.

The games offered at the main floor at b'swood is unbeatable for cc' experience or otherwise, and the jury is still out as to whether a technique has been developed to overcome the vulgarity of those csms. i believe b'swood's premiem or h/r rooms is still offering hs shoes , it is hardly a place for beginners.

as for jd's book it is merely a collection of pages and paragraphs lifted from the late lv's book pbjasab, that is no surprise as jd is a staunch disciple of lv. there are far better and more up to date material available these days.

imho, to be a successful bj player you have to be a skillfull cc with other ap techniques , not adverse to hard work, together with self discipline, have unshakable faith in your ability and lastly adequate capital. but then if you have all the above, you will be successful in any undertakings anyway.
