Well, at least why not topless in the casino? I would give that kind of place a lot of action.
Can anyone here imagine how much the house edge would go up as a result of player mistakes on account of guys getting distracted at the table? I think a nice rack in front of me would be too distracting to keep counts. This might actually work for a house. More ploppy mistakes, higher volume of players, easier to spot counters because they are unaffected by a well-mounted set of DDs. You also would get the just-turned-21-think-with-the-wrong-head guys frequenting the place, and they are frequently the ones with the highest neg. edge from mistakes.
Future joke around here if topless tables ever come to light:
"How do you spot a card counter at a topless BJ game?"

If the female dealers and or waitresses start working topless, the hands per hour rate would go down, because the ploppies would be too busy checking out the view when it's their turn to hit/stand.
Also, female customers might be offended and go to another casino. Not to mention that many women wouldn't allow their husbands go to the offending casino.
