If you have a horse view type of thinking than your answer to my post it s clearly the best one.Otherwise you should think that probably the target buyers are not US people necesarly.
Anyway the device has suffered a few "modern adaptations" if i may say so.Not in the way he makes the calculations but in the way it is used.
I modified 2 GSM phones.One will stay at the person who actually use the casey,person that can stay in a hotel room,or in flat or where ever you want.The distance can be a lot,all depends on the GSM network.Second phone will stai in the player's poket and from there a few wires will go to the foot.The moves that casey says to make will come to the player on the gsm line.It's simple and effective.
I curios to know if you get jail for having a gsm and some wires in your pants.

The gain from a Casey-type device is negligble, measurable in hundredths of % in a shoe game. The legality question is irrelevant.
