Card Counting System

Which Card Counting System would a professional player prefer, if he was playing a Double Deck game with good rules and penetration? I have been practicing counting,( at home ),using HI OPT II over the last several month's. Now that I've found BJ21, I would like to read what experienced players can tell me about this system or if there is a better suited system while focusing on Double Deck Games? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Hi-Opt 2 was originally sold by its developer, Lance Humble. I don't know whether he is still in the business or retired. It was also sold by Gambler's Book Club (Shop) in Las Vegas. I don't know whether they still carry it. This is the best I can do.

in the 70's and 80's. Kevin Blackwoods recent blackjack book has the system in there or you can use CVData to generate the index numbers yourself.

All that K. Blackwood offers is a bare outline of Hi-Opt II and only the most important indices for shoe games.

I think all the index numbers are in there and you can print it out. Not much to recreate any system you want with computer software. Rather than buying the HiOptII system I'd spend the money on CVData and just run the numbers yourself.

I forgot about Blackwood's book. The I18 indices are on p. 238. Don't confuse two similarly titled books: Kevin Blackwood's Play Blackjack Like the Pros and John Bukofsky's Blackjack Play Like the Pros. Both of these books are good.
