Las Vegas station KLAStv did a story on card counters yesterday, below is a link to their site with a transcript of the story, and the streaming video of it. Interviewed are Eliot Jacobson, Victor Nacht, and someone in shades and a cowboy hat calling himself "David Matthews", an obviously phony name.

There's supposed to be a story on one of the major networks about how someone earned over $100K in the casino last year. I guess it is a counter, but I can't remember which network.
Don't remember the guys name. Anyone ever heard of him? They had tape of him playing two places- thought it was Desert Inn & tropicana. CBJN does not even list Desert Inn as having BJ. Reported he lost $7000 at Desert Inn w/ no heat and then lost $11,000 from Tropicana where he got backed off.
The story was taped several years ago when the Desert Inn was still open. The player was Tommy Hyland, a well-known player.
His name is Tommy Hyland, a professional player who runs one of the most successful teams in the country. In the taped segment, he lost $7,000 at the first casino and then WON $11,000 at the second where he was backed off.
