I know you guys must get this question all the time, but...
What blackjack software program would you recommend to a beginner?
I'm a college student who has been to the casino a couple of times and done very well (lucky me) using only basic strategy. I know that if I keep playing like this my luck won't last, so I would like to improve my play and learn a decent, easy-to-use card counting system. I don't intend to become a professional blackjack player, just someone who enjoys the game and would like to earn a little extra money from it.
I've tried out the demo version of Casino Verite and have been pleased with it. The sheer number of options is impressive as is the enormous casino database. The photorealistic graphics are also a nice touch. I do think that its method for displaying the basic strategy charts for single and multiple decks is a bit counterintuitive (why split up hit/stand and double down/no double down??) and I wish it would have provided flashcards for rule and deck depth memorization (rather than just expecting you to memorize rules and deck depth outside of the program and then drill with it). Still, I could live with this program, but I was wondering if might be anything more appropriate (and maybe less overwhelming).
The other two programs I'm looking at are the apparently very old Blackjack Trainer and slightly newer Ne Plus Ultra and Practicum. I've found mixed reports of both searching around the web, but they're all pretty old, and I was wondering if anyone had some up to date information.
Also, ConJelCo claims that Blackjack Trainer is the most user friendly program, Casino Verite is the best overall, and Ne Plus Ultra and Practicum is the best blackjack training tool. Does anyone agree with this?

In the meantime, I'll just make my way through the Gamemaster's course.

I should say before closing that if anyone has any program suggestions other than the above three, I'd be glad to hear them.
Thanks in advance for any and all help. I know newbies can be a drain, but you gotta start somewhere, right?
