Basically it sounds hardly playable -- maybe that means there is no heat?
The No Hole Card sounds scary - does anyone have a quick link or
reference as to how to adjust strategy and expectation for ENHC?
This rule cost you -0.11%. the changes to strategy are:
Hit AA Vs.A (don't split) you still split AA vs.10
Hit 11 Vs. 10 Or Ace (don't double)
Hit 88 Vs. A
Hit/stand 88 Vs. 10 according to count (don't split)

Those adjustments seem reasonable.
Do they play Insurance in ENHC? I suppose not because it
would be complicated in the case of split or double, unless
you can insure everything at the start?
Correction -- before a math wonk jumps on me, I just realized my last
question was partly nonsensical "insure everything at the start".
Insurance is a separate stand alone bet. But the basic question,
do they play insurance in ENHC, is relevant.

I play ENHC & insurance is available where i play.
Just to enhance a bit more to the info Shark gave you, split 8's 2-9 o/w treat as 16, double 11 v 10 T/C +3.
Insurance is routinely offered with ENHC. The only exception I can think of, is England when you can only insure when you have BJ (even money) and can not insure any other hand. Shark
...can not insure any other hand.
The mentality of casino opperators just kills me. If I were running a casino, I would allow the players to insure for more, up to the limit of the table. Hmmmm, 31.? the D can actually have a BJ with an ace showing. Hmmmmm, maybe I would even let them bet the farm for their insurance side bet. :-)
The Casino in Rhodes was all CSM last month
Too bad about Rhodes -- do you know about non-CSM games elsewhere
in Greece.
It is a pity to hear that Rhodes has introduced CSMs.When i went there some months ago there were none.This must be casino's answer to a lost court case against John Taramas,a greek pro who was barred in Rhodes last year.So in Greece only the small casino in Corfu Island has handshuffled game.There is a thread in http://www.advantageplayer.com/blackjack/ in the international page about this game.Nothing has changed there since then

Sorry for my delay in response.
This is only to note that I did go to Rhodes, and our
conference hotel was next door to the casino. So I went over
one day to see if I could at least check out the BJ conditions,
and I found they have a strict 15 Euro$ entry fee (non-negotiable,
even for foreign academic dignitaries as I'd pumped myself up to
be ... and which I really was according to the Minister of the
Aegaean).
So, because of the good information from people on this board,
I didn't pay the 15 Euros (more than 20 $US) just to see the
undoubtedly lousy BJ conditions. Nevertheless, Rhodes itself
was very enjoyable, and in my experience a wonderful place to
visit on its own merits.
