The six deck game used to be marginal at best- good rules (S17, DAS, LS) but poor pen (2/3). I heard that game was switched to an 8 decker which im sure is worse. I think their two deck game had poor rules (limited doubling and maybe h17. If it's still there, i bet it's not much more than 50% pen. Just another lousy so-cal bj game.
Yes Pauma is a crappy little joint. It has been converted to an 8 decker with not so great rules (and still crappy penetration). Their double deck is almost always $25 and with poor penetration AND rules (50% pen at best). Valley View has actually become a little better (no more CSM and added late surrender on all games, I think even their DD according to Wongs CBJN..A great investment BTW, you could find all of this out for yourself) and really if you are playing the higher dollars Pala's double deck isnt bad for north county. Other then that, Barona has some decent games, but again, nothing like good Vegas rules. Viejas was good for wonging last I checked and Sycuan has some decent 6 deckers (hand shuffled) and have taken away alot of the no mid shoe entry they used to have.
