No doubt the games in LV have been getting worse and worse. I haven't come across other counters in years.
I used to play black chips at double decks, but eventually got the boot everywhere even with modest spreads because there tended to be only one or two tables at each place, which were heavily watched with surveillance.
I now play the above shoe game, which tends to have a $100 minimum and is also getting as limited as the double deck game. Many of them are now H17. I don't see how anyone could avoid the boot with big spreads of black chips against these games.
Is there any 1-4 bet spread that would work against this game when you play from the start and Wong out at a certain running or true count, such as at -10 for running count after two decks have been dealt? Although I know it would be better to Wong in, the idea is to avoid having to switch tables too often or to stand behind a table and back count, which couldn't really be done without attracting attention.
Although it would be nice to have a good hourly win rate, my main objective is to get in some decent hours and average bets to get comps without getting the boot and without a ton of volatility that comes about with big spreads and still have a semi-decent positive expectation even if it isn't what a pro might want.
