Best Card Counting System?

Hi

I am quite new to card counting, I live in Belgium and I use the Hi Opt 1 count system with Ace tracking.. I read 'The worlds greatest blackjack book' by Humble and cooper... and that seems to be the system that he recommends.

The problem is that I am always playing Euro rules blackjack which is 4 decks and normal EU rules :

ENHC DAS D9 RSA NO SURRENDER

My question is that I am concerned that perhaps the Hi Opt 1 system that i have learnt may be not very good with Euro 4 deck blackjack ?

Could anyone help me find an appropriate system which is not too complicated but is suited to Euro rules Blackjack.

If there is not much in it, it would be better if i stick with Hi Opt 1 since i know it now.

Best counting system

Hi-Opt is not the best system, but still a good one. they are some more advanced thats are better, like the one after hi-opt 1 = hi-opt 2. In the book Blackjack Bluebook II they have made some tests and the 2 best systems are Mentor and Wong Halves. Wong halves is a level 3 counting system while Mentor is a level 2, The biggest reason for the diference between those and the hi-opt 1 are that they has more then just the values 1, 0 -1. The good thing about the mentor is thay you doesnt need to have an ace count because the system are formed so you dont need to. Me myself are using the Mentor, it is a little bit more work to learn then systems with just +1 and -1 but I think its a good system.
