Do any of the AC games offer 6 decks with mid shoe entry? I think Borgata and Tropicana might but not sure. Also, which 6D games have the lowest table minimums? I know Borgata has 1 $5 table. Is it really packed 24/7? I am wondering if I could beat that table with a play all style spreading from $5 to $100.
Does Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun permit midshoe entry? I hear the table minimums are $15.

Don't play unless there is less than 2 decks cutoff. And try to wong if you can and/ or avoid playing- counts.
you will find 6D at Mohegan thats dealer dependant on some nights and 2/3 of the shoe playable on most nights. There are a few 15$ tables on weekdays and early morings,( the handicapp table offers 10$ minimum once every 100 years). You can enter these games anytime.
Foxwoods has 8D with 15$ tables and a few 10$,, with 78-82% pen.(again, weekdays and early mornings) you really have to scout these games out )Foxwoods also has 6D games in the Newport high limit room.
Mohegan has $10 ASM and shoe games in both new and old (round) casinos. On the weekends the $10 games quickly go to $15 and then to $25 in the new casino (pit farthest in the back) the pits by the high roller pit start at $25 on weekends and go to $50 around 11pm on weekends (fri,sat) and even to $100 if the crowd is there. HOWEVER I did find this past friday that the old casino has $25/hand games that are s17,das,ls WITH mid shoe entry. Normally anything $25 is no mid-shoe so this is the only spot in the casino where you could wong into a green chip game, you can also mid shoe any $10 game. They also rotate pit crews and dealers throughout the entire casino so its easy to find your "favorites" or avoid them whichever the case may be.
but are you sure that MS offers $10 games? From Gobstoppers post I get the impression that they are nonexistant.
Also, how would you describe the penetration for the 6D games? Maybe what I could do for the greenchip tables is play 1 hand off the top and then just sit there until the count goes good. Once it does then I can place a big money bet.

during non busy times the Sun does offer 10$ tabels mostly 8 deck. In casino earth by the main entrance there are times when you can find
10$ / 6Deck games ,, again the penetration is dealer dep. Best bet is to hit mohegan sun first and then head over to foxwoods. As a rule I find Foxwoods to have better pen.
And I think the decks are thicker than normal at MS because when it is stacked it looks high for 6 decks.... Maybe they add extra cards? The comps suck there and I don't like my w/l there at all. Remember wong shoe games.... Unless you are playing for very high stakes..
The penetration marker is fixed/glued on the side of the shoe. There is a depth marker that is two decks deep roughly. If ou scream at them to cut it deep while they are doing the cut they will make sure they go to the back of the marker otherwise they wont get scientific/accurate about it, they will just slob it in there. They will also only burn one card after the shuffle and one when/if they change dealers in midshoe. In both cases you can bark at them to show you the card which they are allowed to do but normally dont do.
They definately have $10/hand games that arent ASM, they are shoe games. Remeber that you cant split tens here but you can at foxwoods so at least at mohegan they limit the total amount of stupidity the ploppies can inflict on you although some of their stupidity can be pretty remarkable.
Just as an aside I have yet to meet a dealer at MS that knows BS and I have met maybe one or two players who completely know it an completely use it (If I ever see some indexing going on with a cover story I will drop dead from shock.)
