I gamble at a cheesy casino once in a while with bad pen but good rules and should be considered a regular customer since I give then my action twice a week on average. In the past several years they took me off the mailing list twice(not that I care). The first time I asked the VP lady what happened and she said that there was no address listed in the computer, only my name and blackjack points were listed. She re-instated my address and shortly thereafter I began receiving coupon comps again. Well, six months later I'm off the mailing list again but this time my address is listed. VP told me to ask the pit boss what's going on so I did. His remark was my hours of play are still listed in the computer and he does not know why I no longer receive comps. I chose not to make an issue about this and no longer use my card. Actually I prefer to not get rated at many casinos anyway and the mailing comps are not that important to me. Has anyone ever experienced being a regular customer and still get marked off the mailing list. I understand mistakes happen, but twice?
Does the pit boss or surveillence have the authority to pull comps as they please?
