I have never gone on tilt like that. I have gotten stressed out and continued shoving out big bets but the count called for it.
I once got angry at an elderly woman. (LOL) She was about to leave on a bus and was playing at my table in a tournament. She kept betting big and winning which meant she may win a coveted seat in round 2 or 3 but not be there to play it, thus eliminating (possibly) me. I was visibly frustrated but I only lightly kicked her shin under the table. (Okay, I only wanted to kick her but I didn't.) The PCP knew what was happening and I think he was going to let the next place person have the seat.
If you are going to "gamble", I think you would be better off tilting at a high variance game. Go to a roulette table and bet the minimum spread on 5 numbers. Play the numbers closest to where you are standing to lessen your burden and interaction with the dealer. If you hit a number or two, maybe the tilt will go away and you can head back to 21. But at least you have a shot at 31 to 1 on your money! (Hint: always play both 0 & 00. They're the only 2 green numbers and it feels great when they hit!)

Hint: avoid those roulette tables that pay only 31:1 on a straight-number bet ;-)
