I assume resplitting of non-ace pairs, but no surrender, in addition to the rules you list. This set of rules is bad, quite bad for 8-decks. 7 1/2 deck pen is exceptional, unheard of.

As21forme writes, "Pen is king." I simmed High-Low, because I am much more familiar with it than with KO. The results should be similar.
