Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement and the operating policies before using BJ21. By using BJ21 you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and the operating policies below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, conditions, and operating policies, please do not use BJ21.

BJ21 is an online information service at the domain bj21.com, accessed from the Internet and operated by Pi Yee Press. BJ21 contains information as well as specific information concerning products and services from Pi Yee Press and other third parties. You understand that, except for products or services clearly identified as being supplied by Pi Yee Press, neither Pi Yee Press nor any of its affiliates operates or controls any information, products, or services on BJ21 in any way. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of BJ21. You are responsible for your own posts. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise, provided through BJ21.

Operating Policies

The operating policies of BJ21 set forth the rules that govern your activity on BJ21. While using BJ21, you may not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind; including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international laws.

Do not post material already copyrighted elsewhere. You may post a link to such material.

Pi Yee Press reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Pi Yee Press does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information published or accessible from BJ21. Pi Yee Press cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files will be free of infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code manifesting contaminating or destructive properties. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of BJ21, the quality of any related services, and the accuracy of any information published on BJ21 is with you. Pi Yee Press does not warrant that the functions or services performed by or on BJ21 will be uninterrupted or error free or that defects will be corrected. BJ21 is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. Pi Yee Press does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to BJ21, or to any information or software published on BJ21, or any products or services sold through BJ21.

In no event will Pi Yee Press be liable (a) for any consequential or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use BJ21 or any information or any services provided on BJ21 even if Pi Yee Press has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (b) for any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies published on BJ21.

Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Pi Yee Press's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

If you are dissatisfied with BJ21 or with any terms, conditions, operating policies, rules or guidelines of Pi Yee Press in providing BJ21, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using BJ21.

Miscellaneous

The course of conduct of you or Pi Yee Press or trade practice shall not modify the terms of this agreement of operating policies. If any provisions of this agreement or the operating policies are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

All trademarks and copyrights appearing on BJ21 are owned by their respective companies. Copyrights to all posts on BJ21 are owned by the authors of the posts, and not by Pi Yee Press. If you want to reproduce a BJ21 post in a publication or on another web site, please get permission from the author of the post.

Pi Yee Press may modify this agreement from time to time by placing a notice of such modification in a message on a message board or the administrative announcements area, and your continued use of BJ21 following notice of such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing BJ21.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pi Yee Press with respect to BJ21.
