But you know something, in thinking about it, when something is free it attracts every sick bastard there is. If they charged a fee in here, maybe they would get rid of 3/4 of the sickies.

Closer to 100%, actually. Going from a free page to a Green Chip page is like stepping into the eye of a hurricane. Suddenly, all the wackos, trolls and psychopaths that trash the free pages are gone. Manners, decorum and reason prevail. Green Chippers are polite to each other, even when disagreeing (well, most of the time, anyway). It really is quite striking.

This is not a plug for green chip, and I will leave it to the reader to speculate whether this state of affairs is by design. But the fee does, indeed, "get rid of the sickies."
