Green Chip

If you are serious about beating casinos, you like to talk about it once in a while. You like to discuss strategy, and you like to discuss what is going on in casinos you plan to visit. If you are like most of the gamblers of the world, your family and neighbors and coworkers prefer to talk about things other than blackjack and casinos. If you want to broaden your circle of friends to include more people willing to discuss real casino winning principles, green chip is for you.

Green chip is a membership group on BJ21.com. It is a place for casino players to exchange information and socialize with one another. There are over 1,200 green chippers.

Here is what you get when you become a green chipper. You get a password that allows you to open all the Green Chip pages except the Party pages. (The Party pages are used to discuss party details and are accessible only by those green chippers who have paid to attend the party.) Green chippers also get 10% off on purchases of books and software.

Every month since October 1997, one Green Chip post has been selected as "Post of the Month." Each person who wins Post of the Month receives the acclaim of his or her peers and a check for $100. All Posts of the Month are preserved on BJ21.com. The Post of the Month page in the archives is a must-read when you join green chip.

The Green Chip archives of BJ21.com contain a wealth of quality posts in addition to the Posts of the Month. The Green Chip pages of BJ21.com get thousands of posts per month, and only the very best are preserved in the Archives.

Green chip is more than just blackjack. Green Chip is about getting the most from casinos whether it is winning at blackjack or video poker or just getting free gourmet meals and free jacuzzi suites.

Besides exchanging messages and chatting, green chippers meet other green chippers in casinos. There are get-togethers involving small numbers of green chippers in casino cities every weekend, and larger Green Chip parties from time to time. The first big Green Chip party was in Las Vegas in October of 1997, and there have been Green Chip parties in Las Vegas every October since. There also are annual Green Chip parties in Mississippi, Reno, and elsewhere.

We reserve the right to reject any applicant, and to terminate the membership of any member at any time. In practice that means we kick out those few people who are too disruptive. We do not try to screen out casino employees.

Green chippers are consulted on all decisions involving BJ21.com. Most of the modifications to BJ21.com over the years have been due to suggestions by green chippers. Even the name "green chip" was suggested by a green chipper.

There are no advertisements on the Green Chip message boards.

Cost of membership in the green chip is $14.75 per quarter, charged automatically to your Visa/MC/AmEx card until you say to cancel. Or you can pay $59 for one year. Minimum membership is one quarter. New members can cancel within ten days for a full refund.

Green chip is separate from CBJN. You can subscribe to one without subscribing to the other.

Green Chip members receive complimentary three-month memberships to Blackjack Insider, a blackjack newsletter published monthly by e-mail since 2001, and to The Dice Institute's Members Only Forum and Message Board.
